We are a Small pub inWoollahra with a friendly local vibe. We are family owned and we are now looking for a bar supervisor/marketing manager to join the team. This person will have at least 2 years within hospitality with ideally having managed staff, completed rostering, excellent on social media and is just a good hospitality all-rounder

Responsibilities for this position include

• Daily service shifts
• Managing staff on shifts
• Opening and closing the Venue 
• cashing in and out of shifts
• Rostering
• Monthly reporting budget and targets
• Social media management
• direct marketing
• assisting general manager on menu selection
• overall staff management 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step up in a leadership role and help run the business to generate the best performance possible both in revenue and experience. we are a small but fun business that is very flexible for the right person to come on board and have their influence on the business.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
